1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ck14" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services operated under the brand name ck14 and accessible at ck14.io and its related subdomains.
• "You" or "the Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on ck14 or accesses any service provided through the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player on the ck14 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive provided by ck14 to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the ৳ symbol.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity and address verification procedures conducted by ck14 in accordance with its internal compliance policies.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the timezone in which ck14's operational functions are conducted.
• "RNG" refers to a certified Random Number Generator used to determine outcomes in non-live casino games.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 11 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ck14 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions;
• You have read and accepted the ck14 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and accepted the ck14 Responsible Gaming policy;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on ck14 and to place real-money Wagers, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ck14 is an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by or registration of persons under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party in placing Wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or officer of ck14 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the ck14 Platform or had your Account closed for Prohibited Conduct.
• Your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money services on ck14, you must register a personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ck14. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. ck14 may use technical means including IP address detection, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate Accounts. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any funds in them may be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck14 recommends enabling SMS two-factor authentication on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact ck14 support immediately via live chat.

4.4 Account Currency

All ck14 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck14 does not offer multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are in BDT.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

ck14 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all Accounts. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, at the time of the first withdrawal request, when an Account reaches cumulative deposits of ৳50,000, or at any other time at ck14's reasonable discretion.

5.1 Documents Required

ck14 may request one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC verification process:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing name and mobile number);
• Source of funds declaration for large withdrawals exceeding ৳1,00,000.

5.2 Consequences of Non-Verification

ck14 reserves the right to restrict deposits, suspend withdrawals, and limit betting activity on any Account that has not completed required KYC verification within 14 days of the verification request being issued. Accounts that remain unverified for 30 days following a KYC request may be closed and balances returned to the most recently verified payment method on file.

6 Deposits

The following terms apply to all deposits made into a ck14 Account:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and domestic bank transfer. Payment method availability may vary.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the ck14 wallet instantly. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard processing hours.
• Deposit fees: ck14 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges. ck14 has no control over third-party payment provider fees.
• Deposit limits: ck14 may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the Account level. Players may request voluntary deposit limits via their Account settings or by contacting ck14 support. Voluntary deposit limits, once set, cannot be increased for a period of 7 days from the date of the request.
• Declined deposits: If a deposit is declined by your payment provider, the funds will not be credited to your ck14 wallet. ck14 is not responsible for funds lost due to errors in deposit instructions provided by the Player.

7 Withdrawals

The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests made from a ck14 Account:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 per day unless prior written approval from ck14 finance team is obtained for higher amounts.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes during business hours (8:00 AM – 11:00 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business period.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. ck14 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.
• KYC requirement: A fully completed KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. See Section 5.
• Bonus-related restrictions: If your Account balance includes uncleared bonus funds, withdrawal of those funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full. See Section 8.

ck14 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 5 business days for the purpose of anti-fraud review, compliance review, or KYC verification. In cases where fraud or Prohibited Conduct is suspected, ck14 may freeze Account balances pending investigation without prior notice.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions offered by ck14 are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on ck14 is 30x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry a standard 25x wagering requirement.

8.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10%, and sports betting wagers with odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 50%. ck14 reserves the right to publish updated game contribution tables for specific promotions.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus was credited to the Account. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance automatically.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

ck14 reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-wagering games to clear bonuses disproportionately, registering multiple Accounts to claim a sign-up bonus more than once, using automated betting software, or coordinating play with other players to meet wagering requirements collectively. See Section 11 for further detail on Prohibited Conduct.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting on ck14:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by ck14 at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation with a unique bet reference number. ck14 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed on events where an error in odds has occurred.

9.2 Odds Errors

In the event that odds are published in error — whether due to a technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure — ck14 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has already taken place. Affected players will be notified via Account message, and all voided bet stakes will be refunded to the Account wallet.

9.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise fails to complete as scheduled, the following rules apply: (a) If the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets will stand unless otherwise stated; (b) If the event is not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded; (c) In-play bets that were placed after an event has started but before the event is abandoned will be settled on the basis of the result at the time of abandonment where a result is determinable, or voided where no result can be determined.

9.4 Cricket Betting — BPL, IPL, T20

For BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test match betting, the following specific rules apply in addition to the general rules above: A minimum of 20 overs per side must be completed in a limited-overs match for pre-match outright bets to stand. In-play bets placed on individual over markets stand regardless of match completion unless the over in question is not bowled. The Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applies to all rain-affected match results where applicable.

10 Casino Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino games available on the ck14 Platform, including slots, live casino table games, and crash games:

10.1 RNG Games

All non-live casino games on ck14 — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG has been independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is displayed in the game information panel within the ck14 platform.

10.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games on ck14 are powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are dealt by human dealers in real time and streamed to your device via secure video. The rules of each live table game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti) are those standard rules applicable to that game as modified by any specific table rules displayed within the game interface. 10.3 Crash Games

Each round's outcome is determined before the round begins, and the seed used to generate the outcome is verifiable by the Player after the round concludes. ck14 does not influence crash game outcomes. The provably fair verification tool is accessible within the game interface.

10.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to software error, server fault, or network interruption — all affected game rounds will be voided and all stakes returned to Players' Account wallets. Winnings generated during a verifiable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. ck14's technical logs constitute the definitive record of game outcomes in all dispute situations.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck14 Platform. Any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent termination, voiding of all pending bets, forfeiture of all bonus balances, and withholding of any balances pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any live game, including chip-dumping in poker or Blackjack;
• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using a payment account that does not belong to you to make deposits or receive withdrawals;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial transaction;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 8.4;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck14 support staff or other Players;
• Accessing the Platform through a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC requirements.

12 Responsible Gaming

ck14 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your ck14 Account. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic reminders that alert you when you have been logged in and active for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and be excluded from the ck14 Platform for a minimum of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Intellectual Property

All content available on the ck14 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game interfaces, and the arrangement of such content — is the property of ck14 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck14 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any ck14 content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the Platform; or use any ck14 brand name, logo, or trademark without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to ck14 for display on the Platform. ck14's licence to display such content does not extend to Players.

14 Privacy & Data

ck14 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on ck14, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data ck14 collects includes, but is not limited to: your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number, payment method details, device information, IP address, and betting and gaming activity records. This data is used for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and — where you have consented — marketing communications.

15 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, whether in sports betting, casino games, crash games, or any other wagering activity;
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered through it, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the information displayed on the Platform, including odds, scores, statistics, or game outcomes;
• Any loss resulting from reliance on any content, promotion, or communication published on the Platform.

ck14's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ck14 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16 Account Suspension & Termination

ck14 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• At the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion;
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to closure with prior written notice to the registered email address.

16.1 Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. ck14 will send a written notice to the registered email address 30 days before applying a dormant Account fee of ৳200 per month. Dormant Account fees will continue until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player. To reactivate a dormant Account, the Player must log in and complete any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

16.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player's most recently verified payment method within 10 business days. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

17 Dispute Resolution

ck14 aims to resolve all Player disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly. The following procedure applies to any dispute arising in connection with your use of the ck14 Platform:

17.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to ck14's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the dispute, the date and time of the relevant event or transaction, and any supporting documentation. ck14 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (BST) and to provide a final response within 10 business days of receipt.

17.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with ck14's final response to your complaint, you may request that the dispute be escalated to ck14's senior compliance team for independent review. The escalation request must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receiving ck14's final response. The senior compliance team will provide a final written determination within 15 business days of receiving the escalation request.

17.3 Bet Disputes

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a specific bet or game round must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's completion or the game round's settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. ck14's internal records — including server logs, game history records, and transaction logs — shall constitute the definitive evidence base for the resolution of all bet disputes.

18 Amendments to These Terms

ck14 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, ck14 will notify registered Players via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform and, where practical, by email to the registered email address associated with the Account.

The updated Terms & Conditions will display the date on which they take effect. If you continue to use the ck14 Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact ck14 support to close your Account and arrange return of any verified real-money balance.

ck14 recommends that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at ck14.io/terms-conditions.

19 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ck14 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the ck14 Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located.

ck14 does not make any claims regarding regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body or international gambling authority. The Platform is operated as a safe, SSL-encrypted, fair-play certified entertainment service. Players use the Platform voluntarily and at their own risk.
